The Nameless Ones (TNO) are a group of amorphous light beings who serve humanity through The Swing Between Worlds, an inter-dimensional space where all is known and remembered. TNO offer individual and group understanding of patterns and potentials to support the remembrance of each person’s gift, contribution, and vibration. John Henry is a guide who has been incarnated and understands the challenges we face and the difficulties we encounter as human beings endeavoring to live our spiritual nature. He can translate the human drama, making it clear and easy to understand and rise above. His guidance is practical, sensible, on-target, and sometimes challenges what we believe about ourselves.

Biography for Flo Aeveia Magdalena
 Flo is a respected visionary, futurist, author, channel, healer, teacher, and spiritual mid-wife. She has worked throughout the world for over 30 years with individuals and groups, helping them connect to and access their soul's essence and to live their highest potential and life purpose. She is the founder of Soul Support Systems and the Heaven On Earth Global Community. Her vision and work are based on the concept that humans, nature, and spirit can live cooperatively and sustainably.
The programs of Soul Support Systems, created by Flo Magdalena, focus on ways to catalyze our potential and to understand our life patterns, assisting us to live from our greatest vibrational essence.
For twenty years Flo has channeled the Ones With No Names (The Nameless Ones), an amorphous group of spirits who give guidance to each soul before birth. Recently, one of her guides, John Henry has begun offering guidance through chats and courses to assist us in the development of our Spiritual pathway.
Flo worked in critical care and then psychiatry, as a Registered Nurse, and has developed programs using meditation and relaxation with chronic psychiatric patients. She worked with the program director of the American Heart Association to develop AHA’s first stress management program in 1981, and was a facilitator for The American Lung Association in their Smoke Cessation clinics.
Flo is a graduate of the Patricia Hayes School of Inner Sense Development, a Reiki practitioner, and a Therapeutic Touch practitioner. She has studied Peace Transformation at the School for International Training and is working on her Master’s degree. She is currently working on two books, The TNO Chronicles and Honoring the Spirit of Your Unborn Child. She has published two others, I Remember Union: The Story of Mary Magdalena and Sunlight On Water: A Manual For Soul-full Living. They each bring a message of hope about humanity's capacity to create a world of peace, honor, and union.
Flo lives in Vermont with her husband and dog, Buster. She has two grown children.
